Once your eligibility has been validated, an email will inform you of the start of your 12-month subsidized period

Additional program details :

MEDFAR is a vendor selected by Canada Health Infoway for its AI Scribe Program.
The subsidy is granted under an agreement between the user and CareWay.
Infoway does not provide funding for vendors under the Program in cases where users complete fewer than 10 notes per month.
MEDFAR reserves the right to exclude from the Program any user who repeatedly makes less than 10 notes per month.

Consent to Data Sharing Under the Canada Health Infoway AI Scribe Program (the “Program”)

Users enrolled in the Program (the “Enrolled Users”) expressly consent to the following:

(a) That CareWay may transmit to Canada Health Infoway the information required to fulfill its obligations under their funding agreement, particularly regarding the activity of Enrolled Users and the use of the CareWay software;

(b) That CareWay may collect and transmit to Infoway the following data for each Enrolled User: first name, last name, email address, practice location, CareWay software subscription date, and the number of monthly consultations performed using the software;

(c) That Infoway may use this data to:
(i) monitor the registration and participation of Enrolled Users;
(ii) establish correlations between enrollment in the Program and usage of the software;
(iii) communicate directly with Enrolled Users to provide targeted support and change management activities;
(iv) invite them to participate in pre- and post-implementation surveys regarding the software;

(d) That Infoway may share the above-mentioned information with a pre-identified provincial or territorial entity, such as the Ministry of Health.

Automatic Termination Linked to Program End

If the Enrolled User is receiving funding under the Program, the funded period shall automatically terminate in the event the funding agreement between CoeurWay and Infoway is terminated.
